- How much does it cost?
- You can sign up today for $17.50/mo per household or $200/yr. This will include all diagnostics, coordination, and management of your home management. Our technicians will complete any repair free of charge that takes less than thirty minutes to complete. If the repair takes over thirty minutes to complete, the technician will issue an invoice for the amount of the work and time in excess of thirty minutes. If a third party is needed to complete the repair, the technician will manage that process and ensure the work is completed in a timely and cost effective manner, which that service is included in your base subscription.

- What happens if a specialist is needed for my home?
- If your problem or upgrade requires a third-party contractor or specialist that a PorterHome technician cannot complete, your technician will handle the pricing, selection (with your input), and management of this contractor. We are your main point of contact, so you don't have to worry about plumbers, electricians, carpenters, or exterminators.
- How do I pay for upgrades/repairs that don't fall under the normal services?
- Once you create a service request, you'll be able to pay any additional invoices right from that same ticket.
